Weston, Florida
Kova Pool Services keeps pools clean, balanced and swim-ready for homeowners across Weston's planned communities. Many Weston pools sit in gated neighborhoods with HOA expectations about how a yard and pool deck look, and consistent weekly service is the simplest way to stay ahead of that.
We handle the full weekly routine — cleaning, water testing, chemical adjustment, filter care and a visual equipment check — and we let you know after each visit what we did and anything we noticed.

Local pool care
South Florida pools run year-round. Heat, rain, debris and chemical demand never fully pause, and the local conditions around your property shape what your pool needs.
A large share of Weston homes were built with a spa spillover, a raised wall feature or a paver deck integrated with the pool. Those features are great to have and they change the maintenance picture: spillovers aerate water and drive pH up, and features that sit idle can hold stagnant water. We factor spa and feature run time into how we dose and how often we brush.
Saltwater chlorine generators are common in newer Weston pools. They are convenient, but they are not maintenance-free: cells scale up over time, salt levels drift after heavy rain or top-offs, and a generator that looks like it is running can be producing very little chlorine. We test, watch cell output and flag scaling before it becomes a green pool.
Weston sits on the western edge of Broward, next to conservation land and a network of lakes and canals. That means more insects, more airborne organics after storms, and more phosphate load in the water than you would see closer to the coast. Phosphates feed algae, so keeping sanitizer steady through the summer matters here.
During the wet season we pay particular attention to water level, chlorine residual and filter pressure after heavy rain weeks.
